What I typically eat in a day

On a good day: I’ll come to the shop, make myself an almond latte - with our delicious Workshop coffee. Then I’ll get to work in the kitchen. One of the jobs is to make our superfood energy balls, which are full of nuts, seeds and general goodness, so I’ll have a couple of them. As the day goes on, I’ll resist the icing and cake and then will make a trip to the health shop under the west way and find some delicious salad or soup. Then I’ll busy around before walking home to have a big bowl of greens, quinoa, fish roasted broccoli etc. Then a detox tea in bed.

On a bad day (but a great day): coffee and icing… all day!
