How I bake gluten-free

I can’t give you any recipe of my cakes, sorry, it’s top secret! There’s only three people who know the recipes. Hopefully one of these days we’ll do a book - then you can see!

But what I can say is that we don’t need to substitute wheat flour since we just don’t use any flour at all. We use ground almonds - we find it makes for a delicious consistency and works well with so many different flavour options.
