Three Good Resolutions for the New Year

Like every year, you run to finish the Christmas/ New Year’s marathon. And like every year, full of good intentions, you start to make lists of good resolutions. For 2017, Do It In London has done the work for you, so no more excuses to put them into action!

Resolution No. 1: A Detox to Start off on the Right Foot

We begin with a detox of cold-pressed juices to start the year off right. We love the juices from Press London, with several different options.

The beginner’s box, to help novices start off gently. A balanced mix of green juices, yummy fruit juices (apple-ginger-lemon) and interesting vegetable milks (cacao milk), to sip throughout the day (£65)-- all of which can be delivered in 24 hours.

You can also create your own pack of six on the site, for interests that lie outside the program or pop into one of their London boutiques (Soho, Broadgate, St Paul’s).

Resolution No. 2: A Class for Abs of Steel

No more sad sandwiches in front of the computer, now we will take advantage of our lunch break to tone up in no time with the new 45 minutes course at Barrecore, which works all the parts of the body.

And with six studios across London (Chelsea, Chiswick, Hampstead, Kensington, Mayfair, Wimbledon), there is certainly a course not far from the office! On your marks!

Intro course, £20; packs of multiple courses from £135.

Resolution No. 3: A Spa to Pamper Yourself

A new urban institute to take care of yourself in the heart of Clerkenwell- let’s go! The Well is inspired by the wells that gave the neighborhood its name, and is dedicated to the art of relaxation.

We love: the super zen ambiance (exclusive tropicool prints designed by Charlotte Frances London, birch wood, pebbles, sage-coloured walls) and carefully chosen products.

Pamper yourself: a rejuvenating LED facial (20 minutes, £40), a full massage for total relaxation with botanical cremes by Brit Bamford (1 hour 25 minutes, £125), or a manicure for gorgeous nails with natural varnishes by Kure Bazaar (£10-22).

Open Monday- Wednesday 8.30am to 7pm, Thursday- Friday 8.30am to 8pm, Saturday 10am to 7pm
