Indaba Yoga: The Temple for a Dream Body

In the world of yogis, Indaba Yoga is the temple of slow life.

In this modern and spacious yoga studio, we relax by practising all types of yoga with the best trainers in London (Hortense Suleyman, Nathalie Mukusheva, Claire Connolly, Jessica Puglie, Leila Sadeghee, Craig Norris…).  It doesn’t matter if you are a newbie or an advanced yoga practionner, everyone finds his/her style to develop and practice among sixty courses offered each week.

The Hot Power Hours, signature class of the studio, will have you perspiring during an hour of Vinyasa Flow to music in a room heated to 35°. The  most experienced book in weeks in advance to attend the Yogasana class, with its bootcamp ambiance, by Stewart Gilchrist. To relax and sweat even if you are a beginner, the classes of Forrest Yoga by Kristi Johnson are a must. And for a dream body, we book up the pilates class by Antonia Ptohides.

Our fave class: the workshops by Hortense Suleyman to defy gravity and to get your head upsidedown in no time. The Hot Power Hour, by the crazy-fun Leila Sadeghee, who teaches her class to a fantastic disco track is another fave.

Top tip: those who don’t live nearby go to the Indaba on weekends to attend seminars given by top yoga gurus on themes such as the knowledge of oneself, the opening of shakras or the flexibility of the hips.

Classes are £14/ each or £120 for a pack of 10 classes
Open 6.30am to 9.15pm weekdays and 8.30am to 6.30pm weekends
