Orrery: The Secret Terrace in Marylebone

We know the feeling: the sun is out, the rosé is flowing, and you wish could blink your eyes and be in Provence for the weekend. We can’t quite take you to France, but the sun-filled terrace at Orrery in Marylebone is a great escape.

Set in a converted stable block with an amazing view over St Marylebone Church, the terrace at Orrery is one of the best kept secrets in London. Filled with lavender bushes and olive trees, you can pretend, if only for an afternoon, that you are enjoying the sunny south of France.

What’s on the menu? The two course lunch menu (£24.50) serves up inventive dishes like salmon ceviche with coconut, chili and lime, followed by saffron risotto with soft herbs and parmesan. The dinner menu (£39.50) is 3 courses and includes a bellini- parfait!

The spring season at Orrery heralds the #blossomcity campaign, with flowers being an integral part of the spring/summer menu. Celebrate with the Berry Delight or Passion Fizz cocktails to get a spring in your step or try one of the elegant dishes, garnished with edible flowers.

Monday Funday: to perk up the beginning of your week, meet up with friends to enjoy the wine specials, with great bottles being offered at retail prices (about 50% off normal prices.)
