Sweet Pea : the buzzing punk glam jewellery

Since the 1990s, designer Siobhan O’Neill has created delicate jewelry with a sense of understated glamour. Her boutique, Sweet Pea, in Primrose Hill, carries her own line along with a selection of jewelry by other up-and-coming designers.

After getting her start by creating special pieces for runway shows for designers such as Galliano and McQueen, O’Neill set up her own boutique to focus on jewelry full-time. Influenced by fashion and music, punk and rock, Hollywood and haute couture, her designs are eclectic and non-conformist.

Working in 18k gold and precious gems, which have been source from around the world, many of the pieces are made for layering. Everything is handcrafted by O’Neill and her team of expert craftspeople.  The creative team also does bespoke items and can reconfigure family heirlooms to make them modern and wearable.

Hannah Murray recently sported a Sweet Pea necklace on the red carpet, and it is often spotted in the international press- especially in Japan.

We love: the stud earrings for day(£430) and the dangly drop earrings for an evening out (£595).

Open Monday to Friday 10.30am to 5:30pm and Saturday 10.30am to 5pm
